We consider a system of nonlocally coupled phase oscillators and perform linear stability analysis the plane wave solutions system. Consequently, we demonstrate solution associated with particular wavenumber also robustness against heterogeneity natural frequencies. The mathematical model is valid in any spatial dimension, theoretical results are confirmed via direct numerical simulations.
