ミニトマト生産における所得向上のためには，7月に定植し，9月～10月に一定の収量を得る栽培体系が有利である．そこで本研究では，高温期における群落内の温度上昇と高温障害を回避しつつ，光合成量の増加により多収化が可能となる新たな栽培体系を開発するため，栽培初期である夏季のみ密植にし，秋に摘心し冬に慣行の栽植密度に減らした場合のミニトマトへの影響を評価するとともに，光合成量が最大化する最適LAIと最適栽植密度の推定を行った．その結果，温室内環境は密植による蒸散量増加により温度の低下が確認できた．また，早期，全期間ともに，面積当たり収量は大幅に増加した．この要因としては，夏季において，LAIの増加に伴い光合成量が増加し，さらに面積当たりの着果数が増加したほか，裂果を中心とする障害果が減ったためと考えられた．また，日射量，群落内相対PPFD，光－光合成曲線からLAI別の積算光合成量を試算し，光...
