3D iDOSY-HMBC pulse sequences allow the simplification of HMBC data mixtures via separation in diffusion domain. The presented methods utilize incorporated DOSY approach, iDOSY, where existing delays basic sequence are utilized for attenuation. In simplest form proposed sequences, no extra or RF-pulses were required, only two gradients added within polarization transfer delay.
