New sequence data resources allow the investigation of physiologically important processes in spotlight evolution to an unprecedented level detail. Outward-rectifying Kout channels and TPC1 – cation predominantly involved electrical signalling angiosperms have remained largely conserved during land plant evolution. Inward-rectifying potassium segregated into different subclades seed plants, aft...

In this paper, we give a ‘direct’ construction of the endomorphism ring of supersingular elliptic curves over a prime field Fp from ‘ideal classes’ of Q( √−p). We use the result to prove that the result of Kaneko on ‘minimal’ CM liftings of such supersingular elliptic curves is a best possible result. We also prove that the result of Elkies on ‘minimal’ CM liftings of all supersingular elliptic...

in this note we review a simple criterion, due to ekedahl, for superspecial curves defined over finite fields.using this we generalize and give some simple proofs for some well-known superspecial curves.

[1] The strong jet, with a speed between 500 and 600 m/s, is inferred in the equatorial region of Saturn by combining the nadir and limb observations of Composite Infrared Spectrometer (CIRS) aboard the Cassini spacecraft. A similar jet was discovered on Jupiter (F. M. Flasar et al., 2004a). These discoveries raise the possibility that intense jets are common in the equatorial stratospheres of ...
