In this work, we introduce the concept of fuzzy parameterized intervalvalued fuzzy soft set theory (fpivfss) and study their operations. We then define fpivfss-aggregation operator to form fpivfss-decision making method that allows constructing more efficient decision processes. Finally, some numerical examples are employed to substantiate the conceptual arguments.

The vital role of the charged moieties of monovalent aromatic anions in regulating the aggregation of a cationic conjugated polyelectrolyte was exploited in terms of the hard-soft acid-base principle and its application to colorimetric sensing of taurine was examined.

The hypersensitive response elicitor harpin (HrpN) of soft rot pathogen Erwinia chrysanthemi strains 3937 and EC16 is secreted via the type III secretion system and remains cell surface bound. Strain 3937 HrpN is essential for cell aggregation, but the C-terminal one-third of the protein is not required for aggregative activity.

Yager Machine Intelligence Institute, Iona College New Rochelle, NY 10801 [email protected] (212)249-2047 ABSTRACT Fuzzy sets and other methods have been used to model a softening of constraints in CP problems. Here we suggest an approach to the softening of the CP problem at the meta level, the process used to aggregate the satisfactions to the individual constraints. We suggest the us...

The rheology of lime binders, which is critical in the final performance of lime mortars and plasters, is poorly understood, particularly in its relationship with the microstructure and colloidal characteristics of slaked lime (Ca(OH)(2)) suspensions (i.e., lime putties). Here, the contrasting flow behavior of lime putties obtained upon slaking (hydration) of soft and hard burnt quicklimes (CaO...

__________________________________________________________________________ Conjugated polyelectrolytes (CP) show interesting electrical and optical properties for organic electronics as well as for life science applications. Their possibilities of supramolecular assembly with nanowire like misfolded proteins, amyloids, as well as synthetic polypeptides or DNA forming conducting or luminescent n...

Sugeno integral is one of the basic aggregation operations on a qualitative scale where only minimum and maximum, as well as order-reversing maps are allowed. Recently some variants of this aggregation operation, named soft and drastic integrals, have been introduced in a previous work by three of the authors. In these operations, importance weights play the role of tolerance thresholds enablin...

The primary goal of a data network is to carry data tra c. Some of the tra c carried in a network is control tra c such as routing, signalling and end-to-end protocol control. Unregulated growth of control tra c can jeopardize the primary goal of networks. This paper discusses scaling of control tra c in network protocols and proposes some general scaling techniques. Control tra c can be regula...

Existed local stereo methods usually choose the support region for aggregation using correlation or color information independently. The correlation cue works well with high textures but has a poor performance near depth discontinuities while the color cue plays the complementary role. In this paper we first propose a new soft segmentation approach for correlation-based aggregation. Then we mak...

while ignoring income distribution and estimating aggregate demand generally leads to aggregation bias and thus, does not reflect households’ demand properly, yet aggregation bias is rarely considered in empirical demand studies and simply is ignored in most cases. the objective of the present study is to estimate aggregation bias in households’ demand for various types of meats and to evaluate...
