Solitary fibrous tumor is an uncommon mesenchymal neoplasm. Liver is a rare location of this tumor. We report a case of hepatic solitary fibrous tumor in a 56-year-old female, who presented with right upper abdominal pain. An extended right hepatectomy was performed.
