Cluster algebras are a class of commutative rings introduced by Fomin and Zelevinsky. It is well-known that these algebras are closely related with different areas of mathematics. A particular analogy exists between combinatorial aspects of cluster algebras and Kac-Moody algebras: roughly speaking, cluster algebras are associated with skew-symmetrizable matrices while Kac-Moody algebras corresp...
In this study, we define the generalized symmetric bi-derivation and its trace on MV-algebras give examples. We investigate some properties of bi-derivation’s trace. introduce isotone bi-additive bi-derivation. show that if A is a linearly ordered MV-algebra, Γ related to D γ , then = 0 or γ1 1
We generalize D. Kelly’s and K.A. Nauryzbaev’s results of 1-variable and 2-variable equational compactness of complete distributive lattices satisfying the infinite distributive law and its dual (“bi-frames”) to objects similar to monadic algebras (which we will call projection algebras). This will lead us in particular to an example of bi-frame that is not 3-variable equationally compact, even...
A countable discrete group G is called W?-superrigid (resp. C?-superrigid) if it completely recognizable from its von Neumann algebra L(G) reduced C?-algebra Cr?(G)). Developing new technical aspects in Popa's deformation/rigidity theory we introduce several classes of groups which appear as direct products, semidirect products with non-amenable core and iterations amalgamated free HNN-extensio...
Let C denote any of the following cardinal characteristics of Boolean algebras: incomparability, spread, character, π-character, hereditary Lindelöf number, hereditary density. It is shown to be consistent that there exists a sequence 〈Bi : i < κ〉 of Boolean algebras and an ultrafilter D on κ such that
Bi-integrable couplings of soliton equations are presented through introducing non-semisimple matrix Lie algebras on which there exist non-degenerate, symmetric and ad-invariant bilinear forms. The corresponding variational identity yields Hamiltonian structures of the resulting bi-integrable couplings. An application to the AKNS spectral problem gives bi-integrable couplings with Hamiltonian s...
We prove that finite groups have the same complex character tables iff the group algebras are twisted forms of each other as Drinfel'd quasi-bialgebras or iff there is non-associative bi-Galois algebra over these groups. The interpretations of class-preserving automorphisms and permutation representations with the same character in terms of Drinfel'd algebras are also given.
Suppose κ = cf(κ), λ > cf(λ) = κ and λ = λ. We prove that there exist a sequence 〈Bi : i < κ〉 of Boolean algebras and an ultrafilterD on κ so that λ = ∏ i<κ Depth(Bi)/D < Depth ( ∏ i<κ Bi/D) = λ . An identical result holds also for Length. The proof is carried in ZFC, and it holds even above large cardinals. 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification. Primary: 06E05, 03G05. Secondary: 03E45.
