We report electron transport measurements in dual-gated monolayer WS2 encapsulated hexagonal boron-nitride. Using gated Ohmic contacts that operate from room temperature down to 1.5 K, we measure the intrinsic conductivity and carrier density as a function of gate bias. Intrinsic mobilities 100 cm2/(V s) at 2000 K are achieved. The mobility shows strong dependence high temperatures, consistent ...

We report measurements of the inelastic neutron scattering spectrum for the anisotropic intermediate valence system Yb2Rh3Ga9. Calculations for the Anderson impurity model with crystal field terms within an approach based on the non-crossing approximation have been performed for the inelastic neutron scattering spectrum as well as other thermodynamic quantities. These results corroborate the im...

boron (b) is a non-metal micronutrient which is essential for plants growth and development. formation of boron complex with cell wall matrix and phenolic compounds is a definite influence of boron in physiological process. it has been suggested that b-toxicity and deficiency may induce excess production of reactive oxygen species thereby promote defense responses by antioxidant enzymes or non-...

Line emissions from both silicon (Si) and boron (B) impurity ions introduced by a single tracer-encapsulated solid pellet (TESPEL) containing hexaboride (SiB6) powders were successfully observed using the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) spectrometer charge-exchange spectroscopy (CXS) technique in Large Helical Device. The CXS diagnostic shows clearly that hollow radial profile of fully ionized B impu...

cotton (gossypium hirsutum l. cv. varamin ) an important industrial crop of iran, is grown in 300,000 ha, with an average seed -cotton yield of 1750 kg.ha-1. the main obstacle in the way of increasing average cotton yield is imbalanced fertilizer use. along with urea and triple super phosphate, cotton growers also need k, mg, zn, fe, mn, cu, and b, so these elements’ critical levels should ...

The two-channel Anderson impurity model serves as a prototype for describing heavy-fermion materials with a possible mixed-valent regime with both quadrupolar and magnetic character. We report on the low-energy physics of the model, using a conformal field theory approach with exact Bethe Ansatz results as input.

Based on the developed low-temperature step-by-step diffusion of impurity manganese atoms, magnetic nanoclusters atoms were formed in crystal lattice silicon with controllable concentration, specified and reproducible electrophysical parameters. With help electron spin resonance, it was proved experimentally that are p-Si<B,Mn> consist four positively charged which situated nearest equiva...
