Autoimmune hemolytic anemia is rarely associated with ulcerative colitis, and counts only for 0.2-0.7% of adult patient.Coombs positive autoimmune which account 1.82% in patient colitis without any evidence(1). Here we report a case sever Coombs (AIHA) response to Infliximab.
