Extending the gauge-invariance principle for τ functions of the standard bilinear formalism to the supersymmetric case, we define N=1 supersymmetric Hirota operators. Using them, we bilinearize SUSY KdV-type equations (KdV, Sawada-Kotera-Ramani, Hirota-Satsuma).
