本研究では，大企業に比べて構成人数が少ない中小企業プロジェクにおけるリスクマネジメントについて検討するために，まず，収集したプロジェクト失敗事例の記載内容からリスク要因を洗い出し，標準的ガイドラインのISO31000に準拠してリスク分析を行った．続いて，失敗事例の記載内容におけるリスク要因の共起頻度に着目し，クラスタリングと共起ネットワークを通してリスク要因間の共起性を調べた．その結果，リスク要因の連鎖性の知見に立脚した，中小企業プロジェクトに適したリスク対応のあり方と具体化の方向性を見いだすことができた．
