We report a case of combined coronary artery bypass grafting and aortic valve replacement in a patient with left ventricular ejection fraction less then 35% and a previous right pneumonectomy. We report a case of a 76-year-old man with fibrocavitary nontuberculous mycobacterial (FC-NTM) lung disease, who was successfully treated with right extrapleural completion pneumonectomy.
