We study decoupling in quasi-Banach spaces. We show that decoupling is permissible in some quasi-Banach spaces (e.g., Lp and Lp/Hp when 0 < p < 1) but fails in other spaces such as the Schatten ideal Sp when 0 < p < 1. We also relate our ideas to a possible extension of the Grothendieck inequality.

In this paper we have defined anti fuzzy interior ideal in semigroups. We characterize regular, intra-regular and left (right) quasi-regular semigroups by the properties of their anti fuzzy ideals, anti fuzzy bi-ideals, anti fuzzy generalized bi-ideals, anti fuzzy interior ideals and anti fuzzy quasi-ideals.

We investigate quasi-Banach operator ideal products (A ◦ B,A ◦ B) which contain (L2,L2) as a factor. In particular, we ask for conditions which guarantee that A ◦ B is even a norm if each factor of the product is a 1-Banach ideal. In doing so, we reveal the strong influence of the existence of such a norm in relation to the accessibility of the product ideal and the structure of its factors.

Let I be a monomial ideal in a polynomial ring over a field k. If the Rees cone of I is quasi-ideal, we express the normalization of the Rees algebra of I in terms of an Ehrhart ring. We introduce the basis Rees cone of a matroid and study their facets. Then an application to Rees algebras is presented.
