Suppose that A is a C∗-algebra acting on a Hilbert space H, and φ, ψ are mappings from A into B(H) which are not assumed to be necessarily linear or continuous. By a (φ, ψ)derivation we mean a linear mapping d : A → B(H) such that d(ab) = φ(a)d(b) + d(a)ψ(b) (a, b ∈ A). In this paper, we prove that if φ is a multiplicative(not necessary linear) ∗-mapping, then every ∗-(φ,φ)-derivation is automa...
and Applied Analysis 3 (2) If 0 < g < g0, we get a solitary wave solution u6 ( x, y, t ) c (√ 2 α − 1 β cosh θ ( x y − ct )) α − 1 ( 1 β − cosh 2θ ( x y − ct )) α ( −1 α β − α − 1 cosh 2θ ( x y − ct )) , 2.4 and two blow-up solutions u7± ( x, y, t ) c ( α ( 2 β ) − 2 − 2 α − 1 cosh θ ( x y − ct ) ± β 3/2 coth θ/2 ( x y − ct )) 2α ( −1 α β − α − 1 cosh θ ( x y − ct )) , 2.5 where β 6 − 6α α2 and...
A formula ψ(Y ) is a selector for a formula φ(Y ) in a structure M if there exists a unique Y that satisfies ψ in M and this Y also satisfies φ. A formula ψ(X,Y ) uniformizes a formula φ(X, Y ) in a structure M if for every X there exists a unique Y such that ψ(X,Y ) holds in M and for this Y , φ(X,Y ) also holds in M. In this paper we survey some fundamental algorithmic questions and recent re...
The purpose of this paper is to prove a Jensen type inequality for Choquet integrals with respect to a non-additive measure which was introduced by Choquet [1] and Sugeno [20]; Φ((C) ∫ fdμ) ≤ (C) ∫ Φ(f)dμ, where f is Choquet integrable, Φ : [0,∞) −→ [0,∞) is convex, Φ(α) ≤ α for all α ∈ [0,∞) and μf (α) ≤ μΦ(f)(α) for all α ∈ [0,∞). Furthermore, we give some examples assuring both satisfaction ...
In this manuscript, we prove some coupled fixed point theorems for two pairs of self mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integral type in generalized metric spaces. We furnish suitable illustrative examples. In this manuscript, we prove some coupled fixed point theorems for two pairs of self mappings satisfying contractive conditions of integral type in generalized metric spaces. We f...
In this paper, we present some common fixed point theorems for (ψ,φ)-generalized f -weakly contractive mappings in metric and ordered metric spaces. Our results extend, generalize and improve some well-known results in the literature. Also, we give an example to illustrate our results.
In this paper, we introduce the notion of strictly (α,ψ,ξ)-G-contractive mappings in b-metric spaces endowed with a graph G. We establish a sufficient condition for existence and uniqueness of points of coincidence and common fixed points for such mappings. Our results extend and unify many existing results in the literature. Finally, we construct some examples to analyze and support our results.
For a classical mathematician, mathematics consists of the discovery of preexisting mathematical truth. This understanding of mathematics is captured in Paul Erdös’s notion of “God’s Book of Mathematics,” which contains the best mathematical definitions, theorems, and proofs, and from which fortunate mathematicians are occasionally permitted read a page. Intuitionism takes the position that mat...
In this paper, we establish a coincidence and a common fixed point for a pair of weakly compatible mappings under (ψ, φ)weakly contractive condition in G-metric spaces. Our results improve and generalize the results of Khandaqji et al. [20]. We also provide an example to support our results. Moreover, we prove that these mappings satisfy Property Q.
In this paper, we introduce (CLRg) property for a hybrid pair of maps in fuzzy metric spaces and utilize the same to prove two unique common coupled fixed point theorems for two hybrid pairs of maps satisfying ψ+φ contractive condition in fuzzy metric spaces.
