We report the complete genome of a clinical strain Pseudomonas aeruginosa , CMC-097, which was isolated from ventilator-associated pneumonia patient with chronic infection. Illumina sequence reads were assembled using Geneious to yield 7,044,064-bp circular chromosome containing carbapenem resistance integron, In 2020 .
