Recently, Azam, Arshad and Beg introduced the notion of cone rectangular metric spaces by replacing the triangular inequality of a cone metric space by a rectangular inequality. In this paper, we extend the Kannan’s fixed point theorem in such spaces.

In 2007, Haung and Zhang introduced the notion of cone metric spaces. In this paper, we define an ordered space E, and we discuss some properties and examples. Also, normed ordered space is introduced. We recall properties of R, and we discuss their extension to E. We introduce the notion of E-metric spaces and characterize cone metric space. Afterwards, we get generalizations of notions of con...

In this survey, we review many examples on cone metric spaces to verify some properties of cones on real Banach spaces and in the sequel, we shall present other examples in cone metric spaces that some properties are incorrect in these spaces but hold in ordinary case like as comparison test.

‎‎‎Recently Samet et al. introduced the notion of $alpha$-$psi$-contractive type mappings and established some fixed point theorems in complete metric spaces. In this paper, we introduce $alpha$-$(psi,varphi)$-contractive mappings and stablish coincidence and common fixed point theorems for two mapping in complete metric spaces. We present some examples to illustrate our results. As application...

The res...

The idea of probabilistic metric space was introduced by Menger and he showed that probabilistic metric spaces are generalizations of metric spaces. Thus, in this paper, we prove some of the important features and theorems and conclusions that are found in metric spaces. At the beginning of this paper, the distance distribution functions are proposed. These functions are essential in defining p...

Recently, Azam, Arshad and Beg [4] introduced the notion of cone rectangular metric spaces by replacing the triangular inequality of a cone metric space by a rectangular inequality. In this paper, we introduce the notion of c-chainable cone rectangular metric space and we establish a fixed point theorem for uniformly locally contractive mappings in such spaces. An example is given to illustrate...

Abstract The convergence of sequences and non-unique fixed points are established in ℳ-orbitally complete cone metric spaces over the strongly minihedral cone, scalar weighted assuming to be minihedral. Appropriate examples applications validate theory. Further, we provide one more answer question existence contractive condition Cone so that point is at discontinuity a map. Also, negative natur...

we consider the concept of fuzzy quasi-contractions initiated by '{c}iri'{c} in the setting of fuzzy metric spaces and establish fixed point theorems for quasi-contractive mappings and for fuzzy $mathcal{h}$-contractive mappings on m-complete fuzzy metric spaces in the sense of george and veeramani.the results are illustrated by a representative example.
