in this paper we introduce continuous $g$-bessel multipliers in hilbert spaces and investigate some of their properties. we provide some conditions under which a continuous $g$-bessel multiplier is a compact operator. also, we show the continuous dependency of continuous $g$-bessel multipliers on their parameters.

OBJECTIVE Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) use during pregnancy incurs a low absolute risk for major malformations; however, other adverse outcomes have been reported. Major depression also affects reproductive outcomes. This study examined whether 1) minor physical anomalies, 2) maternal weight gain and infant birth weight, 3) preterm birth, and 4) neonatal adaptation are affected...

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, is the leading cause of death due to a bacterial pathogen. Emerging epidemiologic evidence suggests that the leading risk factor associated with TB mortality is cigarette smoke exposure. Despite this, it remains poorly understood what is the effect of cigarette smoke exposure on anti-TB immunity and whether its potential detrime...

background: identification of disease risk factors can help in the prevention of diseases. in assessing the predictive value of continuous variables, a routine procedure is to categorize the factors. this yield to inability to detect non‑linear relationship, if exist. multivariate fractional polynomial (mfp) modeling is a flexible method to reveal non‑linear associations. we aim to demonstrate ...

Taking into account a continuous exposure in regression models by using categorization, when non-linear dose-response associations are expected, have been widely criticized. As one alternative, restricted cubic spline (RCS) functions are powerful tools (i) to characterize a dose-response association between a continuous exposure and an outcome, (ii) to visually and/or statistically check the as...

Although exposure to continuous light is associated with hypertension and modulates the outcome of ischemia-reperfusion injury, less attention has been paid to its effects on cardiac morphology. We investigated whether 4-week exposure of experimental rats to continuous 24 h/day light can modify cardiac morphology, with focus on heart weight, fibrosis and collagen I/III ratio in correlation with...

Introduction: Exposure to noise is considered as one of the most important health problems in various industries, especially pharmaceutical industry, which can ultimately lead to significant negative effects on labor force and occupational performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between continuous noise exposure and occupational performance of the workers in the p...

Continuous exposure to nitrovasodilators and nitric oxide induces tolerance to their vasodilator effects in vascular smooth muscle. This study was done to determine the role of cGMP-dependent protein kinase (PKG) in the development of tolerance to nitric oxide. Isolated fourth-generation pulmonary veins of newborn lambs were studied. Incubation of veins for 20 h with DETA NONOate (DETA NO; a st...

Background: The development of methods to alleviate radiation-induced health effects is important for the practical use of radiation therapy and for understanding the molecular mechanisms mediating these effects. Here, we examined the protective capability of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) on life-shortening effects induced by continuous low dose-rate gamma-ray exposure in mice. Materials and Methods: ...

Purpose: Previous studies have been shown that electromagnetic fields (EMF) can affect on functional activity of the female mice reproductive system. The aim of this study was to evaluated the effect of low frequency of EMF on histopathological changes of young male mice reproductive system. Materials and Methods: Eighteen male balb/c mice (6 week ages) were divided -at random into 3 groups of...
