Abstract The exclusive η and π 0 electroproduction is studied in the handbag approach based on generalized parton distributions (GPDs) factorization. Predictions of mesons are calculated for future electron-ion collider China (EicC) energy ranges, using obtained cross sections we extract information transversity GPDs contributions to these processes.
