We theoretically study the quantum transport in a three-dimensional spin-1 chiral fermion system presence of impurity scattering. Within self-consistent Born approximation, we find peak structure density states and significant suppression electrical conductivity around zero energy. The zero-energy depends less on concentration, unlike Weyl fermion. These properties originate from flat-band
