As described herein, this study examined the influence of a plasma irradiation on deposit geometry Ni-W Ni. From FT-IR images, it became evident that hydroxyl improves hydrophilic property XPS findings, we infer hydrocarbon removal Ni and change from surface to Ni2O3 improved geometry.
