This manuscript describes an unusual case of rapid intra-hepatic dissemination of hepatocellular carcinoma with pulmonary metastases occurring 1 month after combined chemoembolization and radiofrequency ablation. Angiomyolipomas (AML) are the most common mesenchymal renal neoplasms arising in the cortex or medulla. Intra-renal and retroperitoneal hemorrhages have been frequently reported.
