A 29-year-old man with a history of bulbar ulcer treated 2 years previously and chronic smoking at 13 packs/year was hospitalized for respiratory symptoms made up right basithoracic pain cough clear sputum without fever or progressive night sweats six months in context deterioration general condition. The clinical examination unremarkable.

We present a 19-year-old male with multifocal tubercular osteomyelitis, who presented with progressively worsening back pain, weight loss, fatigue, anorexia, decreased mobility, low-grade fever, and night sweats-but without pulmonary involvement.

A 59-year-old man presented to the gastroenterology clinic with 2 weeks of worsening lower back pain. There was associated poor appetite, fatigue, night sweats, and chills. The patient's medical history was significant for well-controlled hypertension and sigmoid diverticulosis. The thrombosis probably resulted from inflammation in the adjacent diverticulum.

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) causes many deaths worldwide and its incidence is increasing. They commonly occur in middle-aged and elderly people and are disseminated at diagnosis. We report an interesting case of NHL in a 35 year old female, who primarily presented with irregular bleeding per vaginum.

We report a case of isolated splenic cat scratch disease in an immunocompetent woman. The clinical presentation of prolonged fever, night sweats, weakness, and intrasplenic lesions was highly suggestive of lymphoma. This is the second reported case of isolated splenic cat scratch disease in an adult and the first in a healthy adult.
