We report a case of isolated palatine paralysis in 15-year-old boy. The patient presented with complaints nasal regurgitation liquids speech. recovered 10 days without any residual paralysis. Various causes, which include infections, trauma, tumor, and brainstem lesions, were investigated, but no predisposing factor was found. responded well to conservative management.
