Hemophilic pseudotumors are rare but dangerous complications of Hemophilia. We hereby report a 3-year-old boy with Hemophilia B, presenting with nasal pseudotumor, showing favorable response to radiotherapy after unsuccessful treatment with factor IX replacement therapy.
