Seven seed borne fungi were isolated from sugar beet seeds viz. Alternaria alternata, Helminthosporium sp., Rhizopus stolonifer, Epicoccum sp., Rhizoctonia solani, Phoma betae and Fusarium oxysporium f. sp. betae.
