Using the stack-foil activation technique, excitation functions were measured for (p, x) reactions on Monat target. The target was irradiated with a proton beam of 17 MeV kinetic energy. Along medically important radioisotopes Mo99/Tc99m we studied other long-lived radio-impurities produced in Cross sections all from Monat(p,x) are compared available literature data, which show good agreement.
