In this paper, we establish a coincidence and a common fixed point for a pair of weakly compatible mappings under (ψ, φ)weakly contractive condition in G-metric spaces. Our results improve and generalize the results of Khandaqji et al. [20]. We also provide an example to support our results. Moreover, we prove that these mappings satisfy Property Q.
After the definition of the concept of fuzzy metric space by some authors 1–3 , the fixed point theory on these spaces has been developing see, e.g., 4–9 . Generally, this theory on fuzzy metric space is done for contractive or contractive-type mappings see 2, 10–13 and references therein . In this paper we introduce the concept of fuzzy order ψ-contractive mappings and give two fixed point the...
For a monochrome layer $x$ of opacity $0\le o_x\le1 $ placed on another monochrome layer of opacity 1, the result given by the standard formula is $$\small\Pi\left({\bf C}_\varphi\right)=1+\sum_{n=1}^2\left(2-n-(-1)^no_{\chi(\varphi+1)}\right)\left(\chi(n+\varphi-1)-o_{\chi(n+\varphi-1)}\right),$$ the formula being of course explained in detail in this paper. We will eventually deduce a very si...
The present paper contains some fixed point results for weakly contractive single valued mappings on S-metric spaces and a homotopy result, which is offered as an application of the obtained new results.
Some Common Fixed Point Results in Complex valued Metric Spaces Satisfying (E.A.) and (CLR)-Property
We prove some common fixed point results for two pairs of weakly compatible mappings satisfying a general contractive condition without using the completeness of the space and continuity of maps.
In this paper, we prove common fixed point theorems for four mappings by using pointwise R-weakly commuting and reciprocally continuous mappings satisfying contractive condition in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. AMS Subject Classification: 47H10, 54H25
In this paper, we establish some common fixed point theorems for generalized-( ψ , α , β )-weakly contractive mappings in dislocated metric spaces. We present an example in support of our theorem.
We study the existence and uniqueness of solutions for boundary value problems associated to differential equations of interval-valued functions, by using the derivative of Hukuhara and some fixed point theorems for weakly contractive mappings defined on partially ordered sets.
In this paper we define the concept of weakly Reich-contractive operator and give a fixed point result for this type of operators. Then we study the data dependence for this new result. Full text
