Abstract Aim A 74-year-old woman with hypothyroidism, dyslipidaemia and past abdominal surgeries presented severe pain, nausea, bloating anorexia. On clinical examination, the abdomen was soft tenderness on palpation in epigastrium. The laboratory workup revealed leukocytosis.
