این تحقیق در سه ماه فصل تابستان سال 1386 در منطقه جزر و مدی بوشهر در 4 ترانسکت آلوده به آلودگی شهری و صنعتی، آلوده به آلودگی شهری، نیمه آلوده و پاک انجام شد. پس از نمونه برداری جنس های  gracillaria, gellidiumacantophora, laurencia, entromorpha, halimeda, caulerpa, cladophora, jania, padina, sargassum, entromorpha از ماکرو جلبک ها در ناحیه جزر ومدی بوشهر شناسایی شدند، سپس میزان فلزات سنگین کروم،...
