Differential pulse polarography study was used to investigate the influence of glutathion on cis- and trans-DDP induced alterations of DNA structure. Though the applied concentration of glutathion has no effect on the reaction on DNA with cis-DDP, it greatly modifies the reaction with trans isomer.
