В статье представлен анализ территориального распределения лептоспироза в наиболее эндемичных зонах Одесской области. Установлено, что очень высокая заболеваемость лептоспирозом наблюдалась на территории Савранского района, с превышением среднего многолетнего уровня десятки раз. период сезонного по-дъема, который продолжался июля по сентябрь, происходило 97,73 % всех случаев заболевания.
