1990年代後期以降，インターネットの普及，デジタル財の増加，収集可能な情報の増加，AI技術の発展など，情報技術の急速な進歩によって企業を取り巻くマーケティング環境は大きく変化した。これら環境変化を一つの背景に，企業が採用する価格戦略にも変化が生じた。この結果，近年ではダイナミック・プライシングとサブスクリプションが価格戦略の二大潮流になっている。本稿の目的は，情報技術が進歩する1990年代後期以降に採用されるようになった主要な価格戦略を整理し，Tellis（1986）によって示された価格戦略を起点としたプライシングの系譜を示すことにある。本稿では，近年の各価格戦略が採用されるようになった背景とプライシングの系譜に基づき，今後の価格戦略の行く末について述べる。
