Frames play significant role in various areas of science and engineering. Motivated by the work of Chander Shekhar, S. K. Kaushik and Abas Askarizadeh, Mohammad Ali Dehghan, we introduce the concepts of $K$-frames for $B(mathcal{H, K})$ and we establish some result. Also, we consider the relationships between $K$-Frames and $K$-Operator Frames for $B(mathcal{H})$.
In the asymmetric unit of the title complex, [Mn(C(7)H(5)O(3))(2)(C(14)H(12)N(2))(H(2)O)]·0.5C(14)H(12)N(2), the Mn(II) ion is coordinated by a bidentate 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (dmphen) mol-ecule, one water mol-ecule and two monodentate 2-hydroxy-benzoate anions in a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. The OH group of the 2-hydroxy-benzoate anion is disordered over two positions ...
There are two independent mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(14)H(14)N(2)O(4)S. The N-H bonds are syn to the ortho-nitro groups in the sulfonyl benzene rings and anti to the methyl groups in the aniline benzene rings. The mol-ecules are twisted at the S-N bonds with torsion angles of -60.4 (3) and 58.8 (3)° in the two mol-ecules. The dihedral angles between the planes of...
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(20)H(14)N(4)·CH(4)O, contains two independent half-mol-ecules, each located on an inversion centre, and a methanol solvent mol-ecule. The benzimidazolyl groups form different dihedral angles [24.0 (1) and 11.6 (1)°] with the plane of the central benzene ring in the two mol-ecules. In the crystal, a two-dimensional network is formed through N-H⋯ N, N-...
Introduction: Homocysteine is an aminoacid yielded from methionin to cysteine metabolism. Normal plasma concentration of homocysteine in human is between 5-15 mol/l and an increase more than 5 mol/l can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis and thrombosis. On the other hand in dialysis patients due to some reasons such as uremia, genetic factors, dialysis related factors...
Cyclin Y is a highly conserved cyclin among eumetazoans, yet its function and regulation are poorly understood. To search for Cyclin Y-interacting proteins, we screened a yeast two-hybrid library using human Cyclin Y (CCNY) as a bait and identified the following interactors: CDK14 and four members of the 14-3-3 family (ε, β, η, τ). The interaction between CCNY and 14-3-3 proteins was confirmed ...
The title compound, C(14)H(14)Si, crystallizes with two almost identical mol-ecules (r.m.s. deviation = 0.080 Å for all non-H atoms) in the asymmetric unit. All atoms of the silafluorene moiety lie in a common plane (r.m.s. deviations = 0.049 and 0.035 Å for the two mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit). The Si-C(meth-yl) bonds are significantly shorter [1.865 (4)-1.868 (4) Å] than the Si-C(aromat...
The title compound, C(11)H(14)N(2), crystallized with two independent mol-ecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit. The two mol-ecules differ only slightly, with the pyrrole rings being inclined to one another at a dihedral angle of 87.67 (8)° in mol-ecule A and 88.09 (7)° in mol-ecule B. In the crystal, there are no classical hydrogen bonds, but the two pyrrole NH groups of one mol-ecule are in...
The mol-ecule of the title compound, C(14)H(14)O(2), lies on a crystallographic twofold axis perpendicular to the central C-C bond; there is one half-mol-ecule in the asymmetric unit. The angle between the least-squares planes of the two aromatic rings is 66.94 (7)°. The meth-oxy group, with a twist angle of 10.69 (8)°, is slightly out of the plane of the benzene ring. In the crystal structure,...
The title mol-ecule, C(24)H(15)NO(4), crystallizes with two mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit (Z' = 2). For both mol-ecules, the two amide groups are not coplanar, as the dihedral angles of the respective NCO groups are similar at 50.37 (14) and 51.22 (13)°. However, the orientations of the substituent phenyl rings with the central naphthalene system are significantly different for the two mol-...
