We study charged spin textures (CSTs) over the Moore–Read quantum Hall state at filling factor 5/2. We develop an algebraic framework and show that the pairing condition that is inherent in the Moore–Read state naturally leads to a class of CST, labeled by winding numbers [wI, wII]. The fundamental CSTs, with labels [1, 0] and electric charge e/4, is identified with the polar core vortex known ...

1 Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death for U.S. men (American Cancer Society, 2013). In a 2012 medical review, the American Cancer Society estimated that approximately 238,590 new cases of prostate cancer will occur in the U.S. in 2013. Radical prostatectomy (RP) by retropubic or robotic ap proach is a surgical option used to treat localized prostate cancer. Hospital leng...

We prove here a well known result in graph theory, originally proved by Hoffman and Singleton, that any non-trivial Moore graph of diameter 2 is regular of degree k = 2, 3, 7 or 57. The existence (and uniqueness) of these graphs is known for k = 2, 3, 7 while it is still an open problem if there is a moore graph of degree 57 or not.

In this paper, the notion of Moore–Penrose biorthogonal systems is generalized. In [Fiedler, Moore–Penrose biorthogonal systems in Euclidean spaces, Lin. Alg. Appl. 362 (2003), pp. 137–143], transformations of generating systems of Euclidean spaces are examined in connection with the Moore-Penrose inverses of their Gram matrices. In this paper, g-inverses are used instead of the Moore–Penrose i...

Whereas Moore’s law continues to push the industry to ever more complex technologies (More Moore) supporting sophisticated digital applications, the so-called More than Moore technologies are finding more and more heterogeneous application domains. EDA challenges in More Moore are related to power optimisation, DfM and verification needs whereas the More than Moore technologies require EDA tool...

For $k$ a perfect field of characteristic $p>0$ and $G/k$ split reductive group with $p$ non-torsion prime for $G,$ we compute the mod motivic cohomology geometric classifying space $BG_{(r)}$, where $G_{(r)}$ is $r$th Frobenius kernel $G.$ Our main tool version Eilenberg-Moore spectral sequence, due to Krishna. flat affine scheme finite type, define cycle class map from $BG$ \'etale stack $\ma...

n 2013, Yu.N.~Kuznetsova constructed a duality theory for Moore groups, based on the idea of continuous envelope topological algebra and having advantage over existing theories that its enveloping category consists Hopf algebras in classical sense. Unfortunately, her work contains several errors, due to which can be considered proved only narrower class groups form Rn×K×D, where K is compact gr...

ontemporary ethical theory begins with G. E. Moore (1873–1958). Moore opened up new issues for consideration and altered the focus of ethical discussion. Much of twentieth-century analytic ethics, at least until recently, treated issues that were raised by Moore or by philosophers responding either to him or to other respondents. Although analytic ethical philosophers discussed many questions t...
