We show that the percentage of primitive forms level one and weight $4k\rightarrow \infty$ for which associated $L$-function at central point is no less than $(\log{k})^{-2}$ least 20%. The key ingredients our proof are Kuznetsov convolution formula Liouville-Green method.

In this paper, numerical simulation for a two-dimensional viscous and incompressible flow past the elliptical airfoil is presented by Random Vortex Blob (RVB). RVB is a numerical technique to solve the incompressible, two-dimensional and unsteady Navier-Stocks equations by converting them to rotational non-primitive formulations. In this method, the velocity vector at a certain point can be cal...

Ontologies are a common approach to improve semantic interoperability by explicitly specifying the vocabulary used by a particular information community. Complex expressions are de ned in terms of primitive ones. This shifts the problem of semantic interoperability to the problem of how to ground primitive symbols. One approach are semantic datums, which determine reproducible mappings (measure...

We study the distribution of the zeros near the central point for following families of primitive Dirichlet characters: (1) all primitive characters of conductor m, m a fixed prime; (2) all primitive characters of conductor m, m an odd square-free number with r factors (r fixed); (3) all primitive characters whose conductor is a square-free odd integer m ∈ [N, 2N ]. For these families the 1-lev...

1.1. Aschbacher-Scott Program. Primitive permutation groups have been studied since Galois and Jordan and have applications in many different areas. If Γ is a transitive permutation group with a point stabilizer M then Γ is primitive if and only if M < Γ is a maximal subgroup. So studying primitive permutation groups is equivalent to studying maximal subgroups. In most problems involving a fini...

This paper presents a 3-D reconstruction method IBM(image based modeling) of an image that does not contain any camera information. This system adopts a 3D reconstruction method based on a model. Model-based 3D reconstruction recovers an image using the geometric characteristics of a predefined polyhedron model. It uses a pre-defined polyhedron model as the primitive and the 3D reconstruction i...

This paper describes a probabilistic framework for recognising 2D shapes with articulated components. The shapes are represented using both geometrical and a symbolic primitives, that are encapsulated in a two layer hierarchical architecture. Each primitive is modelled so as to allow a degree of articulated freedom using a polar point distribution model that captures how the primitive movement ...

We present a novel approach for extreme simplification of point set models, in the context of realtime rendering. Point sets are often rendered using simple point primitives, such as oriented discs. However, this requires using many primitives to render even moderately simple shapes. Often, onewishes to render a simplified model using only a few primitives, thus trading accuracy for simplicity....

One of the main issues in contemporary AOP languages and frameworks is the expressiveness of the pointcut language. This paper proposes an extension mechanism for enriching pointcut languages with constructs that play the role of “new primitive pointcuts” and allow the creation of pointcuts with greater semantic value. Join point selectors are a generalization of the primitive pointcuts of curr...

primitive neuroectodermal tumor (penets) is an uncommon malignancy of bone and soft tissue witch rarely occurs in the kidney. in more than 90% of the cases, the tumor cells relieves a balanced translocation (11; 22) (q24; q12). immunohistochemical staining may be required for diagnosis of penet. the cells of tumor express cd99, vimentin, nse, fl1 but do not express ck, lca, myogenin, and wt1. w...
