We prove that for every homogeneous and strongly locally homogeneous Polish space X there is a Polish group admitting a transitive action on X. We also construct an example of a homogeneous Polish space which is not a coset space and on which no separable metrizable topological group acts transitively.

The paper presents a new online service for the dependency parsing of Polish. Given raw text as input, the service processes it and visualises output dependency trees. The service applies the parsing system – MaltParser – with a parsing model for Polish trained on the Polish Dependency Bank, and some additional publicly available tools.

We develop the basics of an analogue of descriptive set theory for functions on a Polish space X. We use this to define a version of the small index property in the context of Polish topometric groups, and show that Polish topometric groups with ample generics have this property. We also extend classical theorems of Effros and Hausdorff to the topometric context.
