Abstract Single- and multilayer graphene sheets (MLGSs) are projectile-resisting materials that can be bombarded by nanoparticles to produce graphene sheets of various sizes and distributions of nanopores. These sheets are used in a variety of applications, including DNA sequencing, water desalination, and phase separation. Here, the impact-withstanding efficiency of graphene nanosheets and the...

This study aims to assess the efficiency of National Economic Recovery (PEN) program budget launched by government reduce impact pandemic on public welfare in 34 provinces Indonesia. Efficiency measurements computed using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) show that only 12 are efficient at holding increase poverty and unemployment implementing PEN budget. West Papua Province is despite its levels...

Unique elastomeric rotary actuators based on pneumatically driven peristaltic motion are demonstrated. Using silicone-based wheels, these motors enable a new class of soft locomotion not found in nature, which is capable of withstanding impact, traversing irregular terrain, and operating in water. For soft robotics, this work marks progress toward providing torque without bending actuators.

An impact fatigue study has been made for the first time on 63⋅5% glass fibre reinforced vinylester resin notched composites. The study was conducted in a pendulum type repeated impact apparatus especially designed and fabricated for determining single and repeated impact strengths. A well-defined impact fatigue (S–N) behaviour, having a progressive endurance below the threshold single cycle im...
