A mild and efficient method for the oxidative coupling of thiols by trimethylammonium fluorochromate(TriMFC) in solution is reported. Trimethylammonium fluorochromate is efficient and new reagent, whichprepares easily and oxidizes thiols to the corresponding disulfides quickly.
