Brunnoma, is a benign tumor of duodenal wall. Usually present with anaemia. Endoscopy stomach and duodenum gives the diagnosis. Pedunculated lesion best managed by endoscopic snare cautery excision. Lesion close to pylorus makes endoscopy difficult. Hence mini-laparotomy, trans-gastric three port endo-luminal harmonic excision was done safely. Keyword: brunnoma, anaemia, endoluminal surgery
