We present a software module which allows one to efficiently perform molecular dynamics and local minimization calculations in internal coordinates when incorporated into a molecular dynamics package. We have implemented a reference interface to the NIH version of the X-PLOR structure refinement package and we show that the module provides superior torsion-angle dynamics functionality relative ...
for the first time nakayama introduced qf-ring. in 1967 carl. faith and elbert a. walker showed that r is qf-ring if and only if each injective right r-module is projective if and only if each injective left r-modules is projective. in 1987 s.k.jain and s.r.lopez-permouth proved that every ring homomorphic images of r has the property that each cyclic s-module is essentialy embeddable in dire...
Abstract We introduce a notion of topologically flat locally convex module, which extends the Banach module and is well adapted to nonmetrizable setting (and especially DF-modules). Using this notion, we amenable algebras show that complete barrelled DF-algebra if only it Johnson amenable, extending thereby Helemskii–Sheinberg’s criterion for algebras. As an application, completely characterize...
in this paper we study the module contractibility ofbanach algebras and characterize them in terms the conceptssplitting and admissibility of short exact sequences. also weinvestigate module contractibility of banach algebras with theconcept of the module diagonal.
After the paper [1] was published, following information about D-extending modules pointed out by Adnan Tercan. Let $r$ be a left exact preradical in category of right $R$-modules and let $M$ $R$-module. A submodule $N$ is called provided $r(M/N)=0$. module an ES-module every direct summand $M$. ES-modules introduced A. Tercan [2]. Since socle preradical, coincide with for $r=Soc$.The author wh...
We consider distance functions on a quotient module M/K induced by distance functions on a module M. We define error-correction for codes in M/K with respect to induced distance functions. For the case that the metric is induced by a homogeneous weight, we derive analogues of the Plotkin and Elias-Bassalygo bounds and give their asymptotic versions. These results have applications to coherent n...
Let Sr(∆) be the module of all splines of smoothness r on the rectilinear partition ∆ which subdivides some domain D. Further, let Sr(Γ) be the module of all splines of smoothness r on Γ which also subdivides D, where Γ is a finer subdivision of ∆. We study the relationship between a generating set of Sr(∆) and a generating set for Sr(Γ). This paper gives an algorithm for extending a generating...
Motivated by algebraic structures appearing in Rational Conformal Field Theory we study a construction associating to an algebra in a monoidal category a commutative algebra (full centre) in the monoidal centre of the monoidal category. We establish Morita invariance of this construction by extending it to module categories. As an example we treat the case of group-theoretical categories.
We outline some conceptual challenges in extending the PCC paradigm to a concurrent and distributed setting, and sketch a generalized notion of module correctness based on viewing communication contracts as economic games. The model supports compositional reasoning about modular systems and is meant to apply not only to certification of executable code, but also of organizational workflows.
In this paper, we propose a framework for personalized access to location-aware services. The system relies on the integration of a Geographic Information Retrieval module with a User Modeling component. We describe an application into a specific field, but the platform is easily usable in different contexts. Currently, the framework has been extending to the mobile domain.
