Cultural (organizational learning culture) and behavioral (organizational citizenship behaviors) antecedents of knowledge sharing are discussed in the present study. Data was collected from 402 employees of Malaysia. Structural equation model confirms that OLC was positively related to OCB and knowledge sharing. OCB was also found to perform the role of mediator between OLC and knowledge sharing.

Structural equation models are routinely applied to data collected from complex samples. Methods to take account of the sample design and weights are discussed in a growing literature on the topic. This paper provides a literature review of the analysis of complex samples using structural equation models. The goal of the paper is to extract the points of agreement and disagreement from these pu...

OBJECTIVES We aimed to ascertain the relationship between several factors and successful return to work using a structural equation model. METHODS We used original data from the Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance, and defined four latent variables as occupational, individual, supportive, and successful return to work. Each latent variable was defined by its observed variables, inc...
