Abstract This paper investigates a comparison between the sensorless vector control method based on MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) using SVPWM (Space Vector Modulation) and the control method of the PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) Based on anti-saturation current controller. MRAS algorithm is based on comparison between the estimators. The error between the estimated quantitie...

In this paper a Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS) is presented as the speed estimation technique in which the error speed is estimated by comparing reference model and adaptive model and further the error speed is used to obtain the rotor speed. Proportional Integral (PI) is designed for controlling purpose. A non-linear fuzzy-PI controller is used to optimize the speed error value. The Pr...

Mineralocorticoid-receptor antagonists (MRAs) have proven to be effective in some types of hypertension, especially in resistant hypertension (RHTN). In this phenotype of hypertension, the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone pathway plays an important role, with MRAs being especially effective in reducing blood pressure. In this review, we show the relevance of aldosterone in RHTN, as well as some cl...

AC drives based on pulse width modulation (PWM) voltage source inverters (VSI’s) have many drawbacks, Especially for high performances applications. The inverter nonlinearities such as dead time and power devices voltage drop are one of the main reasons. In this paper a new method to estimate and compensate inverter nonlinearities is presented. The proposed method is based on Model Reference Ad...

We study p-adic multiresolution analyses (MRAs). A complete characterisation of test functions generating MRAs (scaling functions) is given. We prove that only 1-periodic test functions may be taken as orthogonal scaling functions. We also suggest a method for the construction of wavelet functions and prove that any wavelet function generates a p-adic wavelet frame.

OBJECTIVES This study aimed to evaluate the specific role of the 2 available mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRAs), eplerenone and spironolactone, on the modulation of galectin-3 (Gal-3) and interleukin (IL)-33/ST2 signaling in an experimental model of left ventricular systolic dysfunction after acute myocardial infarction (MI). BACKGROUND The molecular mechanisms of benefits of MRAs ...

A novel fuzzy sliding-mode structure has been proposed for the model reference adaptive system(MRAS) based sensorless control of an induction motor in this paper. The design includes a hybrid MRAS from measured stator terminal voltages and currents. The estimated speed is used as feedback in an indirect vector control system achieving the speed control without using shaft mounted transducers. F...

The Expectation-Maximization (EM) algorithm is a very popular optimization tool in model-based clustering problems. However, while the algorithm is convenient to implement and numerically very stable, it only produces solutions that are locally optimal. Thus, EM may not achieve the globally optimal solution to clustering problems, which can have a large number of local optima. This paper introd...
