Recently, Hussain et al., discussed the concept of $wt$-distance on a metric type space. In this paper, we prove some fixed point theorems for classes of contractive type multi-valued operators, by using $wt$-distances in the setting of a complete metric type space. These results generalize a result of Feng and Liu on multi-valued operators.
in this paper, we prove a common fixed point theorem for six mappings (two set valued and four single valued mappings) without assuming compatibility and continuity of any mapping on non complete metric spaces. to prove the theorem, we use a non compatible condition, that is, weak commutativity of type (kb). we show that completeness of the whole space is not necessary for the existence and uni...
We prove ?-convergence and strong convergence theorems of an iterative sequence generated by the Ishikawa’s method to a fixed point single-valued quasi-nonexpansive mappings in p-uniformly convex metric spaces without assuming convexity assumption. As consequence our version, we obtain result for multi-valued showing that every mapping taking compact values admits selection whose fixed-point se...
it is firstly proved that the multi-input-single-output (miso) fuzzy systems based on interval-valued $r$- and $s$-implications can approximate any continuous function defined on a compact set to arbitrary accuracy. a formula to compute the lower upper bounds on the number of interval-valued fuzzy sets needed to achieve a pre-specified approximation accuracy for an arbitrary multivariate con...
Many authors such as Amini-Harandi, Rezapour et al., Kadelburg et al., have tried to find at least one fixed point for quasi-contractions when $alphain[frac{1}{2}, 1)$ but no clear answer exists right now and many of them either have failed or changed to a lighter version. In this paper, we introduce some new strict fixed point results in the set of multi-valued '{C}iri'{c}-gener...
In this paper we study a variational inequality over a product of sets, governed by a multi-valued mapping, in pseudomonotonicity conditions. We are interested in the existence of the solution and, when the inequality depends on a parameter, also in the behavior of the solution at perturbations of the parameter. Mathematics subject classification (2000): 47J20, 58E35, 49N60.
We consider a problem of solution of a multi-valued inclusion on a cone segment. In the case where the underlying mapping possesses Z type properties we suggest an extension of Gauss-Seidel algorithms from nonlinear equations. We prove convergence of a modified double iteration process under rather mild additional assumptions. Some results of numerical experiments are also presented.
A modified mapping method is presented to derive a variable separation solution with two arbitrary functions of the (2+1)-dimensional generalized Nizhnik–Novikov–Veselov equation. By selecting appropriate functions in the variable separation solution, we discuss interaction behaviours among special solitons, constructed by multi-valued functions, including the compacton-like dromion, compacton-...
