Ectopic adrenal tissue is rare in children. Although its excision is recommended when found incidentally during inguinal surgical procedures, routine exploration is not indicated for the detection of its presence. Here, we present eight cases of ectopic adrenal tissue in pediatric patients who underwent orchidopexy.

A male 14 months old had deferential abnormalities during orchidopexy. The genetic study demonstrate cystic fibrosis (∆F508 / ∆F508). A literature review of the genetic alterations observed in patients with congenital unilateral and bilateral absence of the vas deferens was underwent as well as the role of cystic fibrosis trans membrane conductance regulator gene on fertility.

Ectopic scrotum is a rare and unusual presentation to paediatric urology. It is usually characterized by accessory scrotum with adequate scrotum in the anatomically normal position. We describe a case of inguinal ectopia of the right hemiscrotum containing the right testis, and its staged surgical management by rotation flap scrotoplasty and subsequent orchidopexy.

A case of a male child who undergone two interventions (pylorotomy at about two months of age, bilateral orchidopexy and clearing of glans penis adhesions at two years), both of them were conducted in ignorance of the underlying genetic disease is presented. All two the perioperative periods were uneventful. After a review of literature relating to AS, a few suggestions are presented.
