This report presents a feasibility study of the pure leptonic decays of charmed mesons at a Tau-Charm Factory. A year of running with a luminosity of 1O33 cmV2sec-’ would allow precise measurement of Jo and Jo, at a percent level, providing a benchmark test of Lattice QCD calculations.
