abstract global financial crisis has created too many problems in relations among governments. among these problems, the issue of global monetary management, more than every time in the past four decades, has been moved in the center of international economic attentions. a problem which is specially known with the monetary hostility between united states and public republic of china. where are the location of these problems? in this research our answer is: invasion of governments in the market mechanisms for the purpose of gaining more interests by the reason of their impact on security and relative welfare of their citizens. by analyzing current international monetary issues, we will show that how governments ignore economic laws and how they resist against economic reforms and adjustments to obtain more personal interest. key words: china, united states, european union, global monetary management, debt crisis, exchange rates, monetary wars, relative interest, national security, citizens welfare, dollar, euro, renminbi.
