چکیده مقاله:

Introduction:Type 2 diabetes is a common and prevalent metabolic disorder in the world. Metabolic pattern imbalance, insulin resistance, and increased levels of inflammatory markers in diabetic patients. Increasing myokines to exercise can be effective in regulating metabolic and inflammatory processes. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 6 weeks of High-Intensity Interval Training on FGF-21 Expression in  Flexor Hallucis Longus muscle tand serum TNF-α Levels of diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 48 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of  Diabetes and Training, Diabete+Training and Control. The training protocol was on the treadmill with increasing speed and incline for 6 weeks. At the end of the sixth week, the expression of the FGF-21 gene was measured by Real Time PCR after extracting the sample. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA at a significant level (p <0.05). Results: The results showed that 6 weeks of intense periodic exercise did not have a significant effect on FGF-21 gene expression of FHL muscle in diabetic rats. While reducing inflammation and inflammatory factors such as TNF-α due to High-Intensity Interval Training. Conclusion: High-Intensity Interval Training reduce inflammation and inhibit muscle weakening. exercise can be used as a therapeutic approach to managing diabetes.

High intensity interval training does not change the FGF-21 gene expression of liver but reduces the serum TNF-α in diabetic rats

Diabetes is a common metabolic disease. In diabetic patients glucose uptake is reduced and FGF-21 plays an important role in glucose uptake, alsoTNF-α is an inflammatory factor that increases in diabetes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 6 weeks of HIIT training on the gene expression FGF-21 in the liver and the serum TNF-α level of male diabetic rats. For this purpose...

The effect of high intensity interval training on complex mammalian target of Rapamycin 1 (mTORC1) pathway in Flexor hallucis longus muscle (FHL) of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats

Background and Objective: The most well-known mechanism for regulating complex mammalian target of rapamycin 1 (mTORC1) pathway activity is the insulin/IGF-1-dependent pathway in skeletal muscles. The role of high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise has not yet been studied on this important pathway in protein synthesis among people with type 2 diabetes. The purpose of the present study...

Effect of 4 Weeks Preconditioning with High Intensity Interval Training and Moderate Intensity Continuous Training on Brain Levels of TNF-Α and TLR4 in Male Wistar Rats

Introduction: Inflammation in the brain is known as neuroinflammation and increases TNF-α (Tumor necrosis factor alpha) secretion and activates the TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) pathway. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 4 weeks preconditioning with high intensity intermittent training (HIIT) and moderate intensity training (MICT) on TNF-α and TLR4 levels in male Wistar rats. M...
