چکیده

Abstract Minimally invasive surgery is an important technique used for cytopathological examination. Recently, multiple studies have been conducted on a three-dimensional (3D) puncture simulation model as it can reveal the internal deformation state of tissue at micro level. In this study, viscoelastic constitutive equation suitable muscle was derived. Additionally, method developed to define fracture characteristics material during process. The in contact with needle simulated using cohesive zone and 3D finite element established analyze tissue. stress nephogram reaction force under different parameters were compared analyzed study biological soft guide actual operation process reduce pain.

A 3D Finite Element Model of the Face for Simulation in Plastic and Maxillo-Facial Surgery

This paper introduces a new Finite Element biomechanical model of the human face, which has been developed to be integrated into a simulator for plastic and maxillo-facial surgery. The idea is to be able to predict, from an aesthetic and functional point of view, the deformations of a patient face, resulting from repositioning of the maxillary and mandibular bone structures. This work will comp...

Spatial convergence of crack nucleation using a cohesive finite-element model on a pinwheel-based mesh

We consider the use of initially rigid cohesive interface models in a two-dimensional dynamic finiteelement solution of a fracture process. Our focus is on convergence of finite-element solutions to a solution of the undiscretized medium as the mesh spacing x (and therefore time-step t) tends to zero. We propose the use of pinwheel meshes, which possess the ‘isoperimetric property’ that for any...

Separation Force Analysis based on Cohesive Delamination Model for Bottom-up Stereolithography Using Finite Element Analysis

Bottom-up (constrain-surface) Additive Manufacturing (AM) systems have been widely used in industry. Compared to traditional open-surface AM technology, properties like better vertical resolution, higher material filling rate, less production time, and less material waste make bottom-up AM technology a suitable candidate for fabrication of complex three dimensional materials with high accuracy....

Finite Element Modeling in Surgery Simulation

Modeling the deformation of human organs for surgery simulation systems has turned out to be quite a challenge. Not only is very little known about the physical properties of general human tissue but in addition, most conventional modeling techniques are not applicable because of the timing requirements of simulation systems. To produce a video-like visualization of a deforming organ, the defor...

mortality forecasting based on lee-carter model

over the past decades a number of approaches have been applied for forecasting mortality. in 1992, a new method for long-run forecast of the level and age pattern of mortality was published by lee and carter. this method was welcomed by many authors so it was extended through a wider class of generalized, parametric and nonlinear model. this model represents one of the most influential recent d...
