792 Complete wound healing utilizing procine urinary bladder matrix in a serise of traumatic wounds with significant soft tissue loss

PUBM is a non-synthetic, completely resorbable xenograft product with myriad of uses including management burns, acute and chronic wounds, soft tissue reinforcement, hernia repair. The material available in both powder sheet form allowing for excellent coverage irregularly shaped wounds. We present three patients significant loss that underwent implantation utilizing PUBM. Despite challenging locations severity 100% healing wound closure cosmetic results was achieved. Data information were collected via retrospective chart review from the initial emergency room visit, otolaryngology consultation, care, surgical management, clinic follow up minimum one year. appeared to be an alternative skin grafting large, traumatic wounds on cosmetically sensitive areas.
