چکیده

A fully-integrated CMOS relaxation oscillator, realized in 40 nm technology, is presented. The oscillator includes a stable two-transistor based voltage reference without an operational amplifier, simple current employing the temperature-compensated composite resistor, and approximated complementary to absolute temperature (CTAT) delay-based comparators compensate for proportional (PTAT) delay arising from leakage currents switches. This designed output square wave with frequency of 64 kHz duty cycle 50% at 1.1 V supply. simulation results demonstrated that circuit can generate wave, frequency, against supply variation, while exhibiting low consumption. For range −20 °C 80 supply, oscillator’ achieved coefficient (T.C.) 12.4 ppm/°C typical corner one sample simulation. 200-sample Monte Carlo simulation, obtained T.C. 25 ppm/°C. Under corners room temperatures, simulated line sensitivity 0.045%/V 1.6 V, dynamic consumption 552 nA. better figure-of-merit (FoM), which equals 0.129%, displayed when compared representative prior-art works.

A 0.5 V Ultra-low Power Quadrature Ring Oscillator

In this paper we present a CMOS quadrature ring oscillator operating at 0.5 V. Due to this very low voltage conditions, new project technique using the available terminal of the transistors (bulk) is used in order to reduce the threshold voltage of the transistors, thus improving the voltage headroom. The technique is applied in a conventional inverter-based ring oscillator with a feedback topo...

A Low-Voltage, Low-Power, Two-Stage Amplifier for Switched-Capacitor Applications in 90 nm CMOS Process

Abstract- A novel low-voltage two-stage operational amplifier employing resistive biasing is presented. This amplifier implements neutralization and correction common mode stability in second stage while employs capacitive dc level shifter and coupling between two stages. The structure reduces the power consumption and increases output voltage swing. The compensation is performed by simple mill...
